1. Commitment to Compliance

American Sub N Grill LLC, its subsidiaries including Sub N Grill, and the SNGLL™ project (collectively, "the Company") are committed to complying with all applicable economic and trade sanctions laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). This policy outlines our position and measures to prevent any engagement in activities that violate these sanctions.

2. Prohibited Jurisdictions

In compliance with international sanctions, the Company will not engage in or facilitate any business, transactions, or services involving individuals, entities, or governments located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions. Access to the SNGLL token sale, platform services, and other related activities is strictly prohibited for any person or entity who is a resident of, or located in, the following countries and regions:

3. User Responsibility and Verification

By accessing our website, participating in our token sale, or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any of the prohibited jurisdictions listed above. We reserve the right to implement technical controls, including IP address blocking and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, to enforce this policy.

4. Consequences of Violation

Any attempt to circumvent this policy, including the use of VPNs or other technologies to mask your location, is a direct violation of our Terms of Service. If we determine that an account or transaction originates from a sanctioned jurisdiction, we reserve the right to immediately terminate access, freeze any associated assets to the extent required by law, and report the activity to the relevant authorities.

This Sanctions Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in international law and regulations. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly. Your continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of any amendments.
