Governance Proposals
Participate in the evolution of the SNGLL ecosystem. Review, discuss, and vote on community-driven initiatives.
Protocol Constitution
These governing rules ensure that SNGLL evolves through community consensus while maintaining the operational integrity of our physical assets.
I. Proposal Lifecycle & Creation
Mandatory Forum Discussion
Every proposal must undergo a Phase 1 'Temperature Check' in the official SNGLL Forum. This period must last no less than 7 calendar days to allow for comprehensive community feedback.
Submission Requirements
To initiate a formal Phase 2 vote on Snapshot, the proposer must hold a minimum threshold of 100,000 $SNGLL tokens. This ensures that proposals are initiated by committed stakeholders.
II. Voting Mechanisms
Simple Majority Requirement
For a proposal to be considered 'Approved', it must receive a 'YES' vote of at least 51% of the total voting power cast during the voting period.
Quorum Threshold
A proposal is only valid if a minimum of 10% of the total circulating supply of $SNGLL tokens participates in the vote. If quorum is not met, the proposal is automatically rejected regardless of the majority percentage.
III. Institutional Safeguards & Veto Power
The Safety Veto (Protocol Guardian)
SNGLL Labs LLC and the core founding team reserve an absolute Veto Power. This safeguard is designed to protect the physical restaurant operations, ensure legal compliance with international financial regulations, and prevent 'Governance Attacks' that could jeopardize the Protocol's long-term solvency.
Veto Justification
In the event of a Veto, SNGLL Labs LLC must provide a detailed public report explaining the technical, legal, or operational grounds for the decision within 72 hours.
IV. Duration & Execution
Voting Timeline
Formal Snapshot votes will remain open for exactly 7 days. Once a vote starts, it cannot be edited or canceled. Implementation of approved proposals will follow a technical audit and feasibility roadmap provided by the team.
